These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ryleerv.ai (the "Site") and the demonstration services offered through it, including the demo phone line, the text and chat demos, the sample call recordings, and the request forms. The Site and those services are operated by SynthVoice.ai ("SynthVoice", "we", "us").
By using the Site, calling or texting our demo number, using the chat, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the public website and demos only. If you become a customer, a separate written services agreement governs your Rylee.AI subscription, and that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with these Terms.
Rylee is an artificial intelligence. When you call, text, or chat with Rylee on this Site, you are interacting with an automated system, not a person. Rylee will tell you so if you ask.
Information Rylee gives you is for demonstration only and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. This includes anything said about rates, availability, amenities, policies, hours, or any specific property. Nothing Rylee says is an offer, a quote, a reservation, a booking, or a binding commitment by SynthVoice or by any park.
AI systems make mistakes. Do not rely on anything Rylee says for a decision that matters. Confirm it with the relevant business directly.
The same applies to the sample call recordings published on this Site. They are real recordings included to illustrate how the service behaves, not a warranty of how it will behave, and the information spoken in them was accurate only to the park and the moment in question, if at all.
Where we publish a recording of a real call on this Site, we remove or mute details that identify the caller before publishing.

We may limit, suspend, or block access to the Site or the demo services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
The Site and everything in it, including text, design, graphics, logos, the Rylee and Ringo characters, video, audio recordings, and software, is owned by SynthVoice or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Rylee.AI", "SynthVoice.ai", and the associated marks and logos are our trademarks.
You may view and share the Site for your own informational and non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written permission. Third-party names, such as those of any park mentioned, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Rylee.AI, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential.
The Site links to and loads services operated by others, including our booking page on synthvoice.ai, our website chat provider, our customer relationship system, font and video delivery services, and the advertising tools described below. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of any third-party service, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
This Site uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising measurement tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and reports to Meta which pages you viewed on this Site and which actions you took, such as opening the chat or submitting a form. Meta uses this to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people with similar interests.
We do not send Meta the details you type. The pixel receives the name of the action only. Your name, email address, phone number, park name, and SMS consent choice are never passed to it, and we do not use Meta's Advanced Matching feature.
By continuing to use the Site, you consent to these cookies being set. You can limit them in your Meta ad preferences, through your browser's cookie controls, or with any tracking-blocker extension. Blocking them does not affect anything on this Site. The same disclosure appears in our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your information generally.
We offer the Site and the demos free of charge and provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time without notice. Demo phone, text, and chat services depend on third-party carriers and networks and may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted. We do not guarantee uptime, response times, or that any demo will be available when you try it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynthVoice disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Site or the demos will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, that any information provided through them will be accurate or reliable, or that any defect will be corrected. Any figures shown on the Site that are drawn from a live system are provided for information only and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynthVoice and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the demo services, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site and the demo services will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the greatest extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynthVoice and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or the demo services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the updated version applies from the moment it is posted. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the demo services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the demo services.
