Rylee.AI is an AI employee platform for RV parks and outdoor resorts, built and operated by SynthVoice.ai ("SynthVoice", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and your SMS opt-in and consent data, none of which are ever shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes.
We use a small number of service providers (such as our telephone, text messaging, and email delivery providers) solely to deliver the communications and services you request. These providers process your information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for marketing.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
This website uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising measurement tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and reports to Meta which pages you viewed on this site and which actions you took, such as opening the chat or submitting a form. Meta uses this to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people with similar interests.
We do not send Meta the details you type. The pixel receives the name of the action only. Your name, email address, phone number, park name, and SMS consent choice are never passed to it, and we do not use Meta's Advanced Matching feature.
You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences, through your browser's cookie controls, or with any tracking-blocker extension. Blocking it does not affect anything on this site.
When you check the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from SynthVoice.ai about your demo request, your Rylee.AI account, and related services (for example scheduling confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and onboarding updates).
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and maintain records of your communication preferences, including proof of SMS consent and opt-outs. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information.
Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
